tr1 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms of use for the tr1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the tr1 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tr1 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. The effective date of the latest Terms is stated at the top of this document.
The tr1 platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction where use of such a platform is permitted under local law.
2. Account Creation and User Security
To access the full range of tr1 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details remain current and accurate at all times.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are not permitted.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. tr1 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
- Any suspicious activity detected on your account must be reported to the tr1 support team immediately.
- Tr1 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to maintain platform integrity and meet compliance requirements.
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the tr1 platform are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that may harm other users is strictly prohibited.
The following are strictly prohibited on the tr1 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to conduct transactions on the platform.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the technical operations of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, and tr1 reserves the right to withhold account balances associated with activity suspected of breaching these terms.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the tr1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using a payment method belonging to another party without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Deposit: You can make deposits using available local payment methods such as bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods approved by tr1. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform at the time of the transaction.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established account verification procedures. tr1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Transaction delays: tr1 is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as bank processing times or third-party system outages.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations related to their activities on the tr1 platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Tr1 reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact the tr1 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Tr1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time on the following grounds:
- Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, game manipulation, or any attempt to exploit the platform's systems.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
- Circumstances where tr1 determines that the use of an account poses a risk to the platform or other users.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the tr1 support team. Any eligible account balance will be refunded once all security and compliance checks have been completed.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Tr1 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time. tr1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond tr1's control.
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Any unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the tr1 platform are the exclusive property of tr1 or parties that have licensed them to tr1. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from tr1.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Tr1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The tr1 platform may contain references to third-party services for informational purposes only. tr1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the tr1 platform should first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, users agree to comply with the dispute resolution mechanism as determined by tr1.
